Paula Leach is an author, speaker, executive coach and advisor. She founded Vantage Points Consulting in 2021 to help high achievers build their impact as leaders in the world by growing authenticity, freedom, creativity and implementing high performance methods for leading inspired teams. Prior to that, she held leadership positions from large corporations, entrepreneurial startups, to the Home Office.
